A question a lot of fans ask themselves is:
How did Romeo come to CB?
Everything began on the Animagic (A yearly anime-festival in Bonn - note).
Since Romeo helped there every year, it was as good as preprogrammed that he’d come across one of the band-members sometime. That’s how he met Yu.
Both of them were on the same page from the first moment on.
According to them, first they gambled Tekken and Guitar Hero, jammed in Romeo’s earlier rehearsal room and “let it whang with hard music and rocking women”.
As then the promotion stage of Cinema Bizarre began, Romeo supported them with experience, connections and he cared some time for the foundation of the fan club and the contact between the band and their fans. They often spent much time together, private as well as work-related.
In short, they were a good team right from the start.
But at length, it occurred that the earlier keyboarder and background singer had problems with his health, so CB asked Romeo to play with them on the planned Europe- and Russia-Tour. At that it came in very useful that he knew all songs and that he often had jammed and played with them in the rehearsal room. (Without his help, the tour could have not taken place in any case!)
In the end of the said tour, about 2008/2009, he had already gathered more experience on stage than his ancestor who at this time announced his recession because of the said health-problems (and so confirmed many rumors, which got loud among fans).
Now it had to be decided how it should go on. After some thinking CB suggested to Romeo to play on as Keyboarder with them, which he, although he was in another project, agreed to.
Even so, he won’t sing in CB at his own request.
Since then the 5 are unstoppable and they go their way together even to America. ;D

How’s his personality?
Romeo is very near-fans guy, whose feet are firmly on the ground.
He doesn’t mind sitting for hours, if the time’s allowing it, in front of the tour-bus and chatting.
He’s a womanizer, but he’s searching for the right woman for life.
Music takes pride of place in his life and he’s always (mostly together with Yu) on concerts, also on concerts from friend-bands as you can see on Silverstein, Aiden, Eyes set to Kill, The Devil wears Prada…
The most important thing is true friendship, moreover he’s a romantic, who can bare his teeth, though.
Furthermore he comes through for weaker people at all times.
He has many faces, but you can see that he has changed a lot in his life.
Good that he’s now, how he is.
On which musical projects has Romeo participated so far and what is he doing except being member of CB?
His musical career started with a punk-/ska-band named “THE SIMIANS”, which he leaded on stages as singer and which was successful in Rhineland-Palatinate and built up a strong fan-base.
After this band had split up, he sang in a cover-rock-band for a time.
Around this time, he played the main role, Tyrone Jackson in the musical “Fame” which had appearances in France and Ireland. (These were his first appearances abroad to date.)
Some time later, he became the singer from an emo-progressive-band, which bit by bit turned into an emocore-screamo-progressive-band with which he formed a new, bigger fan-base and reached many people again.
He left the band “From Outset Crisis” a year before the first time he was on tour with Cinema Bizarre.
When he moved to Berlin, he searched for a new band, but he couldn’t find any suitable and qualified musicians, with who he was on a par in music, operating level and personality.
Then he decided to work on a new project with studio musicians and his producer.
He left this project, though, for Cinema Bizarre, where he has his firm place as keyboarder now. ^^
But you can find him on stage with other bands from time to time:
Late 2008 with “Aiden” on guitar, 2009, while touring with Lady Gaga, on bass from “the white tie affair”.
